Learn the Powerful Tool of Compassionate Communication with Two of the Best Facilitators in Portland!

Compassionate Communication is a powerful tool. It can help in your personal life as well as your professional life. Practicing Compassionate Communication allows you to connect with others, no matter what the behavior looks like. It’s an especially helpful tool for parents!

In this Compassionate Communication class, which takes place over six evening sessions, you’ll learn skills to improve your relationships–whether your aim is to deepen connection, diffuse conflict, increase cooperation, learn leadership, or create harmony. Practicing Compassionate Communication can give you the life you long for, one based on open communication, trust, respect, and cooperation. You’ll ultimately experience a calmness and clarity that nurtures relationships and fosters a healthy, vibrant life.

The class will be facilitated by Drs. Kathy Masarie and Jody Bellant Scheer, both of whom have a wealth of training and experience in Compassionate Communication. They base their class on Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s work, Non-Violent Communication. Discussion will focus on the power of needs, empathy, anger, and gratitude.

This Compassionate Communication class is offered only once per year! The 2015 class will be held on six Monday evenings from 7-9pm in the Raleigh Hills neighborhood of Portland, OR, on the following days: Feb. 23, March 2, March 16, March 30, April 20, and May 4.
